1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hayahay PH, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines we may publish. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Hayahay PH is an on-demand services platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Service Providers") for various tasks such as home repairs, cleaning, delivery, mechanic, electrician, dentist, spa, salon, barber, etc. The Platform acts as a facilitator and is not a party to any service agreement between users.
3. Eligibility
To use this Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
Users must register and create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.
5. Services and Payment
Customers may book services through the Platform, and Service Providers may accept or decline requests at their discretion.
Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
The Platform will charge 20 ‘hayahay token’ as a service fee to Customers.
Payments will be tru the service providers and HAYAHAY will not receive any payment from the customer. By using the Platform, you agree to their terms as well.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel service bookings subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the booking process.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Platform, based on case-by-case evaluations.
Service Providers who cancel frequently or without valid reasons may be suspended or removed.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Post false, misleading, or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or affiliates of HAYAHAY PH. The Platform does not supervise, direct, or control the services provided.
9. Ratings and Reviews
Customers may leave ratings and reviews for Service Providers. By using the Platform, you consent to the public display of such feedback. The Platform reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (except user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to HAYAHAY PH. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any services or user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAYAHAY PH is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Platform Name], its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email or via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
